How do I get a return label?

Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels. Therefore, please affix the return address to the package yourself.

Are there any costs for return shipping?

Unfortunately, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. As we cover the shipping costs to you, we ask for your understanding that we cannot cover the costs for the return.
